Here’s some NEWSLETTER EXCLUSIVE CONTEXT! For those who don’t know Antarctigo Vespucci is a recording-project-turned-full-blown-power-pop-band Chris Farren and I started way back in the days of 2014 (trying to think of anything culturally significant about 2014) (failing.) In 2025 (this year) Chris and I live about a ten minute drive from each other and make music together every week on a day we call ‘Spucci Tuesdays, but because of life’s crazy we haven’t played a show since 2019!

WHAT!!! FUCK THAT!!! Honestly, I’ve lived in LA for five years now and it’s a little disgusting that we haven’t played a show together out here yet. So we’re assembling some other Southern California buddies - Kevin Higuchi (who you know and love and has played drums on a handful of Antarctigo tours) and Iona Cairns (of Shit Present and the UK!!!) - and we are going to play our first show since 2019!!! With a stacked lineup!!! Anyway, like I said tickets are on sale NOW it’s going to be fuckin’ great so come on down babyyyyyyyy

In other news, I have been writing three pages every morning, mostly free-associative brain dump word vomit stuff, and I’m wondering if this newsletter counts as my three pages and I don’t have to do it now.
